I would expect that the error msgCPF3CF2 F/QteRetrieveDebuggedThreads would be logged in the active job of the debug server; e.g. in a job in the list WRKACTJOB JOB(QNPS*) [or WRKACTJOB JOB(QTES*)]? I do not know the job names. So probably by now, that would be a since-ended debug-server job. If logging is active and not for your usrprf, then possibly WRKSPLF QUSER would have the log. Only a guess, but when the debug server job is active, it may show up in the list of jobs from WRKOBJLCK YourUsrId *USRPRF. Finally, the failure may have generated a WRKPRB entry, or a VLog.
