Most keyboards have a Properties (right-click): it is between the right Windows logo key the right Control key.

Unfortunately, not every application implements that key.

Shift+F10 is the equivalent to right click. It keeps me from having to go
to the mouse which I like. From there you can use the single letter
shortcut keys to traverse the popup menu.
