You won't like me saying this, Jeff, but that's not a good answer.

As much as IBMers frequent this list (and I'm glad they do) where the
slowness of WDSC is discussed regularly, I can't imagine them not being
aware of the issue among the masses.
This list is NOT the official means of getting things into Rational. It is a courtesy that IBM reads the list, and most often issues on the list are put onto a "suggestion queue" of ideas that may or may not ever get implemented. Unless you are directly interacting with someone from IBM about a specific problem (which does happen here), then don't assume anything. If you haven't officially reported it, it's not officially a problem.
