I would LOVE being able to bookmark stuff in RSE (or have a link or
whatever), but have not been able to find it.

Right click to the far left of the sequence numbers in the LPEX editor and
select "Bookmark". To view all your bookmarks select
Window->ShowView->Other->General->Booksmarks.

In my unofficial, unsupported opinion our AS/400 is very slow to expand
filtered stuff, and it takes very long to drill down to where you want
to go.
