I've created a java properties file to configure the java.util.logging API. I can use the "Run -> Run..." dialog to set VM arguments, which will cause a particular application to run using this properties file.

How can I set WDSC to use this properties file every time I run *any* java application? (Without setting the VM arguments for each one).
Window->Preferences -> Java -> Installed JRE's -> (select your JRE) -> Edit

Adjust "Default VM arguments" as you need.
