Thanks for the details of what a full-fledged SCM solution can provide. I think some help in the changed-PF arena could be really handy. I can see how those sorts of things would be great for many organizations. For smaller groups, I think it is great that we are sharing ideas on tools to address the particular "pain points" of each organization. For example, I can see how version control can be useful even for a single developer, but some of those other features may be overkill.
