I've never yet (knock on wood) had to clear my cache. Verify with refresh has
fixed every cache problem that I've encountered. In looking at my settings and
reading posts on the list, though, I've noticed something. In both of my
caching preferences, I have the cache limit unchecked, so presumably my cache
can grow until it fills my hard drive. That hasn't happened, obviously, and
when I click Calculate for the Current Cache Size on the iSeries Cache
preference page, it shows that it's only at 281 MB, after using WDSCi for
months (and we have a lot of files and some really huge old legacy programs).
I'm wondering if not having limits set is why I've had so few problems with it,
and why the Refresh has been adequate to fix the problems that I've had. Any
thoughts?

Note that the same was true when I was using 6.0.x, although I didn't use that
version for very long.
