If you right-click on the library, there is an option to Refresh. Or you
can simply press F5 on the library.

"Refresh library list" - how do I do that? I see commands to
add/remove libraries from library list, etc, but I don't see one to
display or refresh. I seem to remeber this in V6, but where is it in V7
?

TIA

Hi Terence,

To ensure that library list is correct, refresh the library list before
you
submit verify. If the library containing the file description is in the
library list, you may want to invoke Verify with Prompt and choose to
Refresh cache option.

Thanks for responding. I agree that it does look like a libl error.
However, this connection was working for months. When I create a new
connection (to the same machine), it works for the rest of the day, then
gives the same result. Compiles and user jobs that launch from RSE work
fine. It seems to be just "verify" that has the problem.

I checked job description and it appears ok. Is there a special libl
option I can check ?

Hi there,

I haven't seen a reply from anyone yet so here is my guess.

If you just recently created a new connection, I suspect it is your
library list for this new connection.

Hope this helps.

I have been using WDSc for some years. I recently installed WDSC
v7,
and
all was working fine. Then starting last week, I can no longer get
a
"verify" to work. I get the RNF0401 error on every file name. The
open/save source, even compile commands all work correctly. A 2nd
LPAR has no problem with verify. Last Friday, I created a "New
Connection" that worked correctly, until I came in this AM (iSeries
was
IPL'd over weekend). Now same situation as before. Any
suggestions
?
