Does anyone know if it's possible to install the "Fat Jar Eclipse Plug-in" (http://fjep.sourceforge.net/fjeptutorial.html) in WDSC 7.0? It says it requires eclipse > 3.0, which I think WDSC 7.0 satisfies.
I'm using it on a daily basis. You should use Help -> Software update to add the update site (WSDCi is Eclipse 3.2.2), and let it download and sort out the details itself.

Right click on the java project and do a fatjar build. Saving the settings give you a fatjar file which you can right-click and Fat-jar->Quick build to do it again. I use a target similar to "\\as400\home\me\foobar.jar".
