Peter,

Are you on the latest version of RSE Extensions, version 6.1.1?
If you do not have the following folder you should download to the latest
version.
C:\Program Files\SoftLanding\RSE
Extensions\eclipse\plugins\com.softlanding.rse.extensions_6.1.1

Do you have a "C:\Program Files\SoftLanding\RSE Extensions\eclipse"
extension location in your WDSc 7 product configuration window?

Have you tried opening your IDE using the -clean option?

I cannot think of anything else that would be causing you problems. No one
else is reporting problems.

Thank you.

Subject
[WDSCI-L] RSE Extensions acting strangely

Hi group,

I've been experiencing something very weird.

Running WDSCi V7 with all updates on Windows Vista.

I have connections to two different iSeries machines, both at V5R3, with
all necessary (relevant) PTF's installed.

On one machine (development) I get my iSeries messages popup in WDSCi
using the iSeries Messages plugin from SoftLanding, whereas on the other
system (production) I don't.

The message queue is allocated to my job on both systems, because I can
delete messages on production too.

I checked this in the archives, and it was suggested that deleting and
re-creating the connection would solve it.

So I tried, and it did. But only once: I got the message popup that day,
but never again since then.

Has anybody had this problem also, and most importantly, been able to
solve it?

Any help is highly appreciated.
