To make windows you pick the screen type you want, subfile or standard
screen, and then there is a check box in the setting to make it a window.
Listed on the basics page of the screen properties is the check box.

Re: [WDSCI-L] Using Code

Bill,

Since CODE/400 is an old product, there are a lot of keywords not in
there. To add a keyword you can't find, select UNKNOWN. You will then be
prompted for the Keyword and Parameters. I'm not sure how you can add
indicators though.

You may find yourself resorting to the green screen for these.

I have the technical preview of Screen Designer, which came with WDSC 7.0,
but I haven't figured out how to add any keywords at all. I love the CODE
product and still use it for screens and reports.

Still trying to get the hang of CODE for screen design and have run into
a snag. We use pushbuttons on a few of our screens. When I bring those
up in CODE I do not see the pushbutton fields. Am I missing something
or does CODE not support them? Does CODE support window and window
subfile creation? I couldn't find a create button for any of the above.

Thanks
