Sounds like you are either having a connection issue or the member is
locked by another user on the System.

You could check for the later with WRKOBJLCK.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Trouble saving a source member

I thought I saw this posted recently but I can't find it.

I have a source member that I edited and then clicked on the "save"
button (or the menu option or CTRL-s) and the member shows that it still
hasn't been saved (asterisk in the tab). If I close the member it asks
me to save it, which I do. Then I re-open it and it prompts me to open
with the unsaved changes or not and I take the option to open it with
the unsaved changes.

I can't get it to save. Version: 7.0.0 AE Build id: 20070202_0031.
WinXP with 2GB RAM.

Anyone else seen this?

Pete Helgren
