Hi Bill,
yes, go to the WDSC website:
http://www.ibm.com/software/awdtools/wdt400/
Then click on Support at the left on the bottom.

You can then access Technotes (aka FAQs) as well as APARs. There is also a
search capability.
Please leave feedback whereever you find something unclear, or
insufficiently documented. That way the WDSC team can add more information
or improve the information already provided.
