I really like the feature in v7 that marks the beginning and end of DO,
IF, etc. code blocks.

I have discovered an issue when a SELECT contains an IF. I have a
simple SELECT that contains two WHEN clauses. The second WHEN clause
contains an IF/ELSE clause. The outline connects the SELECT and ENDSL
properly. It connects the two WHEN clauses and the IF on the same level
as subordinate to the SELECT.
