QuantumDB install for 7.0 -- WDSCI-L

I am having issues with the QuantumDB install for 7.0. I had initially loaded without the GEF plugin and it worked. Today it bombed out. Anyways, I'm not sure of the eclipse folder to drop the GEF in. I see two folders within c:\program files\ibm where eclipse directories exist...

C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\eclipse and
C:\Program Files\IBM\Installation Manager\eclipse

I believe a few of you use this plugin and are 7.0. Anyone have some insight on this install?
