Re: Error installing 7.0

We finally resolved the issue by creating CD's and placing them onto the IFS.
Apparently the unzip tool used to create the original IFS images didn't work as
expected.

I guess we need to make sure your image is correct first. Could you pls try
this 1.open a DOS window, CD into disk3 folder; 2. issue command DIR /s >
file3; 3. Repeat 1 -- 2 for disk4, diks5, and disk6 (use differnent file names
in step 2); 4. Send me file3 - - file6.

That got me into the modify process but I'm still getting the same error.

I this case I tried to add the web and java features, nothing else.

The error is:
Error installing IBM® WebSphere® Development Studio Client for iSeries®
Error during "install" phase:
Artifact 'zip base.v61.stub.api 6.1.0.20061006' not found in
C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70Shared.

After you installed RSE, you can start IM, and select Modify to add the
other items. If you select Install, IM treats this as a new install
operation and thus need to create another package group.
