Hi Buck,

Are you using LPEX to edit the Java or the Java Editor (you can use both,
but I would recommend using the Java Editor). Right click on your Java
file and select Open With > ... and you will see the list of all editors
you can use. LPEX and the Java Editor should both be in the list.

[WDSCI-L] PDE editor no command line?

Is there a way to get the command line to be visible in LPEX when
editing Java in the PDE perspective?

I'm playing with the Plug-in Development Environment. WDSC 6.0.0.3.
The Java editor there doesn't appear to have a command line.
Windows,Preferences,Plug-in Development didn't have any settings and
neither did Windows,Preferences,Java.

Then I tried changing perspectives and not a one would show me the
command line. I tried Debug, Java, Remote System and iSeries editing.
For grins, I opened an RPG source member when in Remote Systems
perspective whilst the Java editors were up. The iSeries editor has a
command line but the Java ones do not. The icon on the editor tab looks
different too.
