subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] How to build/bind an ILE program in WDSC

I just installed Alan's COMPILE utility and started using it this
morning.
It's slicker than snot.

What I especially wanted it for are 2 scenarios:

1) I have a number of CL programs that are USRPRF(*OWNER). I always had
to
stick a comment in the source so I wouldn't forget to compile it that
way.
Now I don't have to, COMPILE handles it. (This isn't an issue with RPG
due
to the presence of the H-Spec.) I even stuck a " *_> CHGOBJOWN "
command in
one source after the " *_> CRTCLPGM " and it worked!

2) Print file DDS. I essentially was putting my entire CRTPRTF command
into
the source as comments anyway. Now COMPILE does this for me.

Just a Happy Camper.
