× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I restarted my PC and tried it again.  I still receive the same error
message but the console does not contain all of the errors from
yesterday.  It has the "Server server1 open for e-business" message that
I expected.  The server shows a status of Debugging but "Debug on
server" does not bring up the Debug perspective; it simply runs the app.
