subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Extra screens after compile

Not quite sure what you mean by the first statement, Bill, but to "hide"
a
view you right click on the view's tab and select "Fast View". This
will
put an icon for that view in the toolbar on the bottom of the screen.
Now
you can click on that icon to make the view appear and click again for
it to
disappear.

The fast view toolbar can be docked along the bottom, left or right side
of
the workbench.

Joe

First thanks for the tip on keeping the outline view icon. What happens
is every once in a while I will close it by clicking on the X and it
undocks and disappears until I go to window and ask for it again. I
will try and remember to not do that anymore.

Now as to the first question. When I compile a source member and it
completes I get 2 new screens that display one is the error listing
which I have always gotten. The new screen is the command log. That
has only started popping up since I updated. I don't want it don't need
it and would like to make it stop but have not been able to figure out
how to do that. I hope this is a little clearer. It is difficult
explaining some problems that are visual in nature and you can't see
what I am seeing.

Bill
