You could just make it part of your default compile / crtpgm command.
If the program does not need any proceedures from there, it will be ignored.

OK, I'll try that again. I think I did this back a few months/years, and
had a problem of some kind and changed to putting into the program
instead of the module. Don't remember what the problem was, but guess

You could use the BNDDIR header option to always include the specified
binding directories when you compile the program.
