A follow up to earlier postings...

My approach has been to just create a simple CL pgm in my own
pgmrlibrary , i.e. "LIBLP" (for production *LIBL) that sets the
libraries in the order I want them.  This gets assigned in your
Connection properties/Subsystems/iSeries Commands tab - then put
something like "CALL WSLIB/LIBLPX" as your initial command.  Generally I
use one such connection where the *LIBL CL specifies my pgmr library to
be just above the Production object *libl.  I have a couple other
connections (using other CLs) for those scenarios where I need the *LIBL
to be in a different order.
