Instead of deleting them could you find out for us which XML tag tells the 
application whether the "delete" option in the context menu is enabled or 
disabled when you right-click on a compile command in "Work with compile 
commands"? I would feel a bit more comfortable changing the value of a 
single tag than deleting entire commands.
