FWIW. 
You could also set a named mark.  I don't know the key sequence off hand
as I use it rarely.  It's handy for moving around in large programs.
You would use the locate action in the editor command line to move to
the mark.

Search the help for setting a mark.

I have a rather large program I'm working on, and there are about 200
lines of comments at the top of the member.  Several times,
I'd like to do


CTRL-HOME to get to the top of the member, and then search. 
But I'd like
to skip the commnets.  Is there a way to do this?  Or is
there a way to
select a section of code (ie the 200 comment lines at the top of the
member) and  make them "collapse-able"?
