Refresh went really fast, so I went on and did Clean as well.  I probably
should have checked my search function after the Refresh, but in my zeal I
didn't <grin>.  In any case, the combination of Refresh and Clean seems to
have done the trick!  Everything is working again.

Hey Joe,

I don't recall this ever happening to me, but you could try some of the
following:
1. Select all the projects and refresh.
2.  Try "Clean"ing the projects (from the Project menu)
