Well, actually I'm not trying to use FREE SQL - I don't think... I was,
um, assuming, um, that WDSC would know better. I guess if it got rid of
C/SQL EXEC that would be one thing, but to change it to "C/E  c SQL" is
not what I would have expected...

You have to be on V5R4 to use FREE SQL.   Otherwise, I suggest, creating
subroutines at the end of the program to hold the sql.

Doesn't know what to do with C+ statements.
