Snippets for ILE/RPG code? -- WDSCI-L

Does WDSc support snippets for ILE/RPG code?

Most times the "Add to Snippets" option is disabled.  When it is enabled
and I try it, and it gives me a message saying, "The chosen operation is
not enabled."
