Dan, I'm unsure what release you're actually on; the last 5.level release of
WDSC was 5.1.2; my guess is that you meant 5.1.2.6 rather than 5.2.6.
Anyway, the next release is the 6.level, which is currently at 6.0.1.2, if I
remember correctly.

The upgrade to version 6 is free. Typically it is ordered as a refresh (I
think of the 5722WDS product). If your business partner attempts to charge
you, you should call IBM and explain your difficulties.

I have been trying to find the way to upgrade from version 5.2.6 to
version 6.0.1. I have gone through an IBM Senior Software Sales
representative and the IBM Techline. The sales rep contacted the Techline
to get the ball rolling. The Techline came back and said our customer
number was not correct to order directly and I should go through the IBM
Business partner. They would/could do nothing to help me out. They even
referred me to the wrong business partner. Now I have left messages with
the business partner which is saying it may cost us to get the new
version. I thought if we had one version already we had paid the necessary
fees to use WDSC and get all upgrades.

Can someone please clear the air on how to get this without all of the
frustration?
