Thanks Adam - it looks like I am missing a fix. Just tried it on another PC
and it worked as you described.

Oh well, looks like I get to leave something running overnight :-)

Are you up to date on iFixes?  There was an iFix at some point that 
included an update to the RPG documentation to each section of the 
Reference Guide as a node in the tree pane.  Without that, it won't work.

If you do have that iFix ... I'm not sure why it wouldn't work.  It seems 
to work for me.
