Are you running CRTPGM interactively?  If so the log can be seen by
pressing F10.  If you submit CRTPGM there should be a joblog unless your
JOBD is set to not log.  Unless you are submitting from WDSc using a
different JOBD than the one you run under in 5250 they should act the
same.  If you don't get a job log submitting CRTPGM in 5250, you won't
get one submitting from WDSc.
