I don't know about RAD without WDSC - in RSE I always use Ctrl-Bksp to delete the current line - it's been that way since WDSC came out.

What editor are you working in? I think I still saw Ctrl-E in Java or something.

But as Aaron said, good luck finding information easily- and we are at the mercy of open source which has little concern for backwards-compatibility. IMO
