Sorry I don't know how to do it (ran into the same problem). It's much 
easier
to just delete the project you created, and let the wizard do it.

Chenghui,

Is there a way to change a project to be a service project or do I need
to delete and recreate it?  The web project was created just for this
purpose so I don't want to create a different one unless I have to.
