I seem to recall that the install instructions recommend you DON'T use the
same workspace.  I don't know if that was in the event you use both versions
and they modify files in different ways or what.

I put mine in a separate workspace.  Though that is also keeping me from
using Lite because I don't want to take the time to recreate all of my
filters and preferences. I wish there was a way to export iSeries
connections with their associated preferences and filters.
