I have had this problem for quite some time through quite a few versions
(works fine on some machines but not on others). The only way I have found
to fix it is to change from batch compiles to interactive compiles.

You can do this by right clicking on the iSeries Objects icon within the
connection you are having problems with and select Properties. In there a
checkbox exists that can be unchecked to do interactive compiles.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Compile Completion Messages

I am a new user to WDSC using V6.0.0.1

I am using LPEX editor to work with my source. When I compile, I never get
a completion message.

Can someone point me in the right direction for turning on these messages.

I have searched the archives but could not find this issue.

Thanks

Jon
