I'm using it today for RPG editing.
Seems to be fine.  I've done all the updates though, left it overnight to 
finish.
Don't really notice it being any slower than 5.1, actually to be honest, 
it's somewhat cleaner and more efficient (or is it in my mind....).
Not that i have the plugin from softlanding again, it's quite nice.  I'm 
running a P4 3.0 with a gig of ram though.

Ron,

let me know how you find the performance.

I found it to be dreadful, it was whacking my PC so much I had to 
uninstall
it and go back to 5.1.2.

Ill give it another try once there have been a few updates
