Access Websphere Test server from Handheld

All,

I'm playing around with Webfacing a 5250 scanner application in order to
see what it looks like on new Windows CE scanners.

While I can access the webfaced app using WDSCi's built in browser or
with IE from my PC, I can't seem to find it from outside my PC.

Is there some configuration setting I'm missing to allow external access
to the websphere test server running on my PC?
