Send an email direct to George Farr.  He can either direct you to an IBM
document or, as someone at IBM with real clout, he can talk directly
with your management...he controls development of these tools.

Again, they've already paid for these tools...how many software packages
do they buy and leave sitting on the shelf?  If it's a lot, I need to
write a package and sell it to them!  ;-)
