Ok, thanks. Now, I have to try and remember how to do that. You know
what they say- use it or lose it. Well I've pretty well lost it.

I am thinking that the tag is used to convert a valid java.util.Date. So
first you need to get your date into a valid java.util.Date field.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] JSF ?

I'm experimenting with JSF a little(again). I'm trying to use the
following <h:outputText id="text12" value="#{varflightsdata.ARRTIME}"
styleClass="outputText" style="background-color: #80ff00">
<f:convertDateTime type="time" timeStyle="short"
timeZone="America/New_York"/>

However the convertDateTime doesn't return the correct time. My
database is has both 6.0 and a 6(char) fields in it. I have tried using
convertDateTime on both, but neither is giving me the desired results. I
have tried searching on convertDateTime, but I haven't figured out
exactly what kind of value it wants.

Anyone Know?

I have loads more questions, but I start with this one.
