You are correct that none of those installers are for the plugins.  Given 
that you do not have the installer, my guess is that you are running a 
really, really old version of TurnOver 5.3 from before we had plugins. You 
should get the latest cum CD for TurnOver and get it applied to your 
server which will also get you the plugins installer.  The plugins will 
not work without the supporting code installed on the server anyway. 

If you have any plans on going to WDSC 6, then you should also plan an 
upgrade to TurnOver 5.4 as it is a requirement.
