Hi Dwight,

Is she doing an explicit refresh in RSE after the changes? If she is using
PDM to copy, delete, rename members, when she switches back to RSE, she has
to right click on the parent and do a 'Refresh'. RSE doesn't track changes
automatically.

Cheers,

She is using PDM to Copy, Delete, Rename members then goes back to RSE. It
wasn't putting the changed names in her RSE lists.

I mentioned Prefrences and she found one to Refresh workspace automatically
that wasn't checked, so she checked it. So far it seems to be going better
for her.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] V6 RSE not refreshing when things in library change

I thought I saw something about this the other day, but am not finding it
in
my mail.

We have a co-worker who just installed V6. When she copys a member, or
renames something,
RSE doesn't refresh. She is exiting the program to get it to refresh.

I'm sure there is a setting to make this work better for her, but I can't
find it right now.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks

Dwight HoganCamp
