Using WDSC 6.0 with V5R3 on the iSeries. 
Tried scrolling down. All I see is the DBCS stuff. Haven't tried F9 though.

Hello,

You don't mention what release of WDSc (or iSeries) you are using. I have no
problem seeing the parameters you mention when I have Advanced checked and
when I have All parameters checked. How about If you press F9?  You may need
to scroll down in order to see all the parameters (depending on what release
you are using).
