You can call the CODE400 version of SDA (Designer) from WDSC.  I believe
that this is the only option available at this time.  To make matters a
little more complicated, since Designer is a seperate install, you have to
associate it manually to WDSC to get the call to this program as an option.
I found some information on doing this earlier this month in this list.
