  Been experimenting with the Web perspective.  In the HTML code is see
a "tpl" tag, as in the code below. I haven't feen able to find any info on what "tpl" does. Is it maybe a
  WAS specific thing?  Or is it defined somewhere else in some style sheet
  that I haven't yet found?
