Thanks!  I downloaded the Belkin mouse drivers and the scrolling now 
works.

It seems to be kind of a pain to have to search for drivers for a mouse I 
don't even have just to get the scroll to work with CODE.  I didn't 
realize how much I used the scroll until I wasn't able to.
