While debugging an RPGLE program, using Service Entry Point to init the
debug session, I've found two different programs, that during *INZSR seem
to hang up on the debugger while stepping via F5. The code is not in a
loop and pressing F5 doesn't result in stepping through the code.

I've even rebooted (twice) and I the problem still persists. The H spec
has OPTION(*NODEBUGIO : *SRCSTMT).

I've also experienced something that never happened before while
debugging. Seems somehow the code window is being set somehow (by what
appears to be a breakpoint icon) that prevents me from paging up to the
top of the program source. The scroll bar moves up but the code doesn't
change. I can page down to the bottom of the source but not back to the
top. Reboot didn't fix this either.

Regards, Jerry (who's not getting much done on a Friday...)
