It sounds like the create command defined in the TurnOver type code does 
not have OPTION(*EVENTF) specified. 

If you have that specified and you run your compile "interactive" then the 
error list will come down automatically (but I think only for the failed 
compiles).  If you submit the compile to batch, or just want to see the 
error list, after the compile you can right click and do something like 
Tools -> Show Error List.
