It wasn't obvious (to me) particularly since I started with a 10ch name -
but I have tried it and it makes no difference.  I even tried a manual
disconnect re-connect after the change.  The filter is changed and retains
the change - but it continues to download the old crap.

If I set up a separate connection then I still only seem to have one filter!
The little down arrow thingy in the DB servers window says Filters .... but
only ever shows me the last one I did.  Also after creating a second one it
will sometimes show an empty list after changing the filter and will go to
the 400 to refresh but come back with nothing!

Only if I disconnect and then reconnect will it get anything.  At that point
if I reconnect _both_ connections I get _both_ filters in action!  BUT -
although I see the metadata download for all the items in the schemas,
nothing shows up the ^%$# list!

This is nuts.
