Did that.  Doesn't appear to have done anything for me.  I looked it up in
the help and found that a few ports need to be opened.  Maybe that's the
problem?  I'll check with the network people to see if the ports are
blocked.  I also enabled the logging for rsecomm.log but it only states
this:
