There is no more option 61+ at the level of OS that you are at.  These 
used to be the workstation tools like CODE, VARPG, etc.

Now, instead of loading the client tools on to your iSeries and then 
downloading them to your clients, IBM wants you to use the WDSC CD's.  If 
you want to load those on to a network drive on your iseries you can but 
it will not show up as a LPP option.
