Sorry, I didn't notice the message number in the title bar: RSEG1066U. I
went looking for the server job on the iSeries, and found that it was
getting the following message:

CPC1210 Completion 50 05/04/04 08:23:49.231472 QWTPCGET
    QSYS 0667 QWTPCGET QSYS
                                     Message . . . . : Prestart job
ending due to maximum use.
                                     Cause . . . . . : The number of
program start requests that the prestart job
handled was the maximum defined by
the MAXUSE parameter on the prestart job
                                       entry in the subsystem description.
Recovery . . . : The MAXUSE value can
be changed by the Change Prestart
Job Entry (CHGPJE) command if needed.

When I look at the prestart job, it's MAXUSE was set to *NOMAX!!!

Oh, wait... I guess this job is trying to start another server job. Does
anyone know what job it is trying to start?

Without knowing the message ID, it sounds like a problem several
others have reported. IBM opened an APAR on it a few weeks ago.
